WinSCP Portable

This program allows you to manage your transfers to SSH servers using secure connections such as SCP (Secure Copy Protocol) or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), so you can protect your files. Plus, it also lets you control the remote panel.

WinSCP gives you the option of choosing the interface style between: Norton Commander, which includes two panels, local and remote, as well as Norton Commander shortcuts and similar programs; or Explorer, which only includes the remote directory and Explorer shortcuts. Both have the ability to manage files using drag and drop.
